CONCLUSION

The left ventricular insufficiency is a syndrome common to many illnesses of the heart and in the first place the myocardial infarction... Its diagnosis does not pose any particular difficulty thanks to the contribution of the cardiac Doppler scan.

The treatments of the symptoms are efficient, if the stage of the illness is not too evolved, and these treatments have been benefiting these last years from the contribution of the medical research.

Its global prognosis is however bad as long as the cause is not treated, because the left ventricular insufficiency continues to evolve inexorably toward the terminal phase.
