THE MONITORING

It first of all rests on the monitoring of the instituted therapeutic treatments.

The Holter must not show any evolution into atrial flutter and there must not have any atrial premature beats. The patient must have been stable for more than 3 months, and the atrial flutter must be recent and easily reduced to stop the anticoagulants.

In the other cases, they are continued to life.
